• Candidates must demonstrate a thorough command of Macromedia Flash.  Command of  Director is not required but preferred.
  Candidates must demonstrate a command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other like graphic creation and manipulation tools.

• Candidate must demonstrate a level of creative skill and talent necessary to produce high quality Internet system interfaces.

• Candidates must provide references and examples of work that demonstrate these required skills and capabilities.
